PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

I chose PayPal for payments. You may pay them in a variety of ways even if you don’t have an account with them and at no extra cost. I currently am shipping only in the U.S. but will consider shipping outside the country. I will ship by first-class USPS mail within 2 business days of my receiving your payment. Will consider faster methods and/or other carriers. I put the item in a jewelry box and then in a jiffy bag.

TAXES

I do not charge sales tax for merchandise ordered on this web site except for shipment within N.Y. State, where it is based on the rate applicable at the location to which the order is being shipped.

REFUNDS AND REPAIRS

I want my customers to be happy. So, if you are not satisfied with the item you chose, you can return it, provided it is still in its original condition, within 3 days of receipt. Your money will be refunded immediately on receipt, less the cost of shipping and insurance. In the remote chance of a workmanship failure–not a failure caused by abuse–I will fix an item for free within 6 months of shipment.
