Description
Being aware that not every woman likes large beads or a statement necklace, I decided to create a few necklaces that are dainty in nature, yet noticeable.
I am always fascinated by the Japanese Miyuki beads. I marvel at how the manufacturer succeeds in making the glass tubes so thin and with such a small hole! I love to use them in my designs. So, in this case, I took peach pearls and strung them with twisted, black Miyuki tubes. I also used faceted small black Czech fire-polished beads on each side of the peach ones to make them “pop.” The result speaks for itself. I think it is an attractive feminine necklace which also lends itself to Layering.
It is 18” long and ends with a gun metal lobster claw clasp.
The simulated peach pearls are 8 mm.
The black tubes are 12 mm. x 2 mm.
The faceted black beads are 4mm. x 3mm.
