Description

Yes! The semiprecious Amazonite stone is found in the area of the Amazon River. Usually, Amazonite has brown and black inclusions; in this case, the large faceted beads are what is called in the trade “clean beads”  because they are pure solid aqua in color.

When I made the necklace, I decided to add color and texture without detracting from the beautiful Amazonite beads, so I separated them with small green glass beads sandwiched between Bali-style silver beads.

The necklace is 17 ½” long.  It ends with a complementary silver toggle ½” D.

The faceted Amazonite beads are 18 mm. x 8 mm.  (5/8” x 1/2”)

The green glass beads are 3 mm.

The silver flowers are 6 mm.

The necklace will arrive in an attractive jewelry box ready for a gift.
